1. The kettle body and the kettle cover are made of metal material 304, and the kettle cover is an integral flat cover. The gasket is used to seal the kettle body and the kettle cover.

2. Connecting flange: The flange material is 35CrMo, and the experimental reaction kettle body and the flange are connected by thread. There are evenly distributed bolts on the flange, which can be sealed by tightening the nut, and the sealing is reliable and leak-free.

3. Magnetic stirrer: The motor drives the outer magnetic steel body to rotate, and the outer magnetic steel body drives the inner magnetic steel body, stirring shaft and stirring paddle to rotate through the magnetic line of force, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring. In order to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic stirrer, the magnetic stirrer is equipped with a cooling water jacket. Before starting each time, introduce cooling water between the cooling water jackets to reduce the temperature and ensure that the magnetic material of the magnetic stirrer is not demagnetized; please start from the magnetic stirrer Water enters the water inlet of the device, and water is discharged from the water inlet.

4. Heater: The experimental reaction kettle is heated by an electric heater, which has the characteristics of uniform heat conduction effect, fast heating speed and long service life. The socket is connected to the controller through the socket plug.

5. The mixing port, temperature measuring port, air inlet, air outlet, pressure gauge safety explosion-proof port, etc., are installed on the upper and side of the kettle cover, external valves, pressure gauges, safety blasting valves, temperature measuring protection pipes, etc. The seal is achieved by contacting with the arc line, and the seal is achieved by tightening the nut.

6. The water inlet and outlet are equipped with needle valves on the side of the kettle cover, which can be used for ventilation, exhaust and vacuum.

7. Cooling coil system: Water inlet and outlet are provided on one side of the lid of the experimental reactor. When cooling is required, please pass the water through the cooling water inlet of the kettle cover, and the other outlet is the water outlet.

8. The temperature measuring port is equipped with a protective tube for placing the temperature measuring platinum resistor. It is connected with the lid of the kettle through a threaded 304 tube.

9. Pressure gauge: The pressure gauge and the safety blasting valve share the same port, and the pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure in the kettle.
