    Introduction

    We provides high grade pressure vessel, reactors, heat exchangers, heaters, towers, tanks, columns, condensers, reboilers, separators, evaporators made of Nickel Alloy, Titanium Alloy, Copper-Nickel Alloy, Zirconium, Tantalum Alloy, Super Stainless Steel and clad metals, designed and fabricated according to ASME U, PED. Grade 310 is a medium carbon austenitic stainless steel, for high temperature applications such as furnace parts and heat treatment equipment. 

     

    • Volume: 1000-5000 liters.
    • Design pressure: maximum up to 50bar
    • Design temperature: Up to 300℃
    • Material:Grade 310S.

    These grades contain 25% chromium and 20% nickel, making them highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Because of its high chromium and moderate nickel content, Alloy 310 is resistant to sulfidation and can also be used in moderately carburizing atmospheres.

     

    Note: When steel cladding plates adoptted, carbon steel is considered as the high stress strength base plate for resisting the innner pressure!
