Bench top lab autoclaves

Bench top lab pressure reactor can be designed with 50ml-500ml, 100bar working pressure, temeprature up to 300℃, made in stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy, PTFE, etc.

Lab stirred reactors

GSH series lab stirred pressure autoclaves, volume from 100ml to 29liters, maximum pressure up to 350bar, temperature up to 350℃. These works under high temperature and high pressure, especially in hydrogenation, catalytic reaction, scale-up；pilot-plant; small-scale production, etc.

GSHK pressure reactor

Floor stand; 100ml-5liters; Quick open; Vessel body can be manual rotate；Top cover can be manual lifting & lowering; Electric heating furnace can be move away quickly;

Lifting pressure reactor

GSH pressure reactor with lifting device； Range from 2liters-50liters，maximum pressure up to 350bar. This series is widely used in scale up and small-scale production.

Pilot Reactors

Pilot scale pressure reactor; Range from 20 -1000 liters. Pressure up to 200bar, magnetic coupling drive, Electric heating or Jacket heating, optional customized.

Mixing Tank

Custom stainless steel mixing tank, storage tank, distillation tank, emulsifying tank, portable mixing tank, beer drewing tanks, from 10 to 30,000 liters, under pressure or atmospheric conditions.

Hydrogenation Reactors

Lab to industrial catalytic hydrogenation reactor. Volume from 100ml - 50000liters. Equipped with magnetic coupling drive & gas sef aspirating impeller. The hydrogenation system usually involves a three-phase slurry, the solid catalyst in slurry phase and the hydrogen bubbles as the gas phase.

Industrial Reactor

Custom design industrial batch, semi-batch and continuous chemical reactors . Available in jacket, limpet coils jacket, Fabricated in carbon steel, various stainless steel grades, nickel, hastelloy and Inconel materials,

Cladding Reactor

Agitator & Impeller

The design of the impellers, the selection of a suitable mixing system, as well as the arrangement of the individual components on the agitator have a decisive influence on the process engineering and mechanical properties.

Extraction Machines

Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE) separation process is to use the relationship between the solubility of the supercritical fluid and its density, that is, the effect of pressure and temperature on the solubility of the supercritical fluid.

Thin Film/Short Path Evaporators

This series evaporator equipped with the various scraped blade, which is suitable for the low to high viscosity, solvent revovery and purification, etc.

Wiped Film Molecular Distillation

Wiped film distillation and short path distillation (molecular distillation) are thermal separation processes for thermally sensitive products. For certain wiping systems (fixed clearance) a wiped film evaporator is also called thin film evaporator. Short residence time and low evaporation temperature will cause minimal thermal stress to the distilled product and consequently a very gentle distillation. Typical applications are high molecular weight organic compounds particularly from the fields of chemistry, pharmaceutical, agro and food industry.
