Polyurethane resin reactor & plant

A variety of polymerization reactors, including continuous, semibatch, and batch reactors, are used in industrial polymer manufacturing. In general, batch reactors are usually employed for small-to-intermediate production of polymers or specialty grades. Polymers reactions is a complex task which requires very precise control of the process conditions and parameters like temperature, pressure, agitation etc. HXCHEM offers polyurethane reactor & resin manufacturing plants. Our reactors are made completely in SS 316 with capacities ranging from 100ltrs pilot sized reactors to 40000ltrs. The reactors run at pressures ranging from 0.1 to 20 MPa and temperatures of around 50 to 300oC.
