Pressure Reactor with Reflux Distillation

INTRODUCTION

This series lab reactor system can be well completed under the demand of recovering and collecting light components in the process of high pressure reaction.

Volume: 5 liters; 10 liters; 20liters

Pressure: 100bar;

Temperature: Up to 350℃；

Materials：SS-304, SS-316, or other alloys.

Standard package: GSH reactor; Vertical condenser & reflux pipeline; External double horizontal condenser; External receriver & collection pot; Buffer tank & vaccum pump; High pressure control valves & fittings; Pipeline.
FEATURES

Reflux process: The vertical condenser consists of a tube line connect to the vapor outlet port of the GSH high pressure reactor, helping the vapor to condense, then condensed vapors are returned directly to the vessel. This system helps the mixture to fully react until it is completely reacted.

Distillation process:There are two friction horizontal condenser outside used for light component vapor condensing. Condensed vapors from the condenser, can be condensed and collected in the receiver, from which it can be withdrawn through a bottom valve; Externally connected vacuum pump and buffer tank are used to recover light components.

Control System

PID automatic temperature control, temperature accuracy +/- 1℃;

Digital display of inside temperature and jacket temperature;

Digital display of the inside pressure；

Agitator speed digital display and adjustment;

Heating power adjustment.
