Mini pressure reactor with reflux system
INTRODUCTION
This series can be well completed under the demand of recovering light components in the process of high pressure reaction. This system helps the mixture to fully react until it is completely reacted.
Volume: 100ml - 50liters
Pressure: 100bar; Upto 350bar
Temperature: Up to 350℃；
Materials：SS-304, SS-316, or other alloys.
Standard package: GSH reactor; Vertical condenser & reflux pipeline; External double horizontal condenser; High pressure control valves & fittings.
FEATURES
The inclined horizontal condenser consists of a tube line connect to the vapor outlet port of the GSH high pressure reactor, helping the vapor to condense, then the oulet port of the condenser connect the reflux port of the cover of the reactor. Condensed vapors are returned directly to the vessel. This system helps the mixture to fully react until it is completely reacted.
Magnetic Couplings Driver
All HXCHEM stirred reactors are equipped with a magnetic drive to provide a trouble-free linkage to an internal stirrer, thereby avoiding the leakage problems which sometimes arise with a packed gland stirrer drive.

- PID automatic temperature control, temperature accuracy +/- 1℃;
- Digital display of inside temperature and jacket temperature;
