The shear emulsification mixing head is made of high quality stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, easy to disassemble and assemble the stator.
The shear emulsifying mixing head is connected with the driving motor by connecting shaft joint, which can run stably at high speed. 8000rpm stirring speed adjust for various mixing mission. The homoginizer can be manual lifting and lowering easily.
OPERATION STEP
1. Before starting the machine, prepare to plug in the power supply when the speed control knob switch is turned off.
2. Fix the sample by inserting the beaker containing the necessary homogenization material into the dispersed homogenization head.
3. Turn on the speed control switch and homogenize the corresponding time.
4. After use, clean the dispersed and homogeneous working head with pure water.
